Placement cell was established in S.M.D.R.S.D College to cater the needs of students for the job placements in various institutions – both govt. and private.  This cell has performed remarkably well both in matter of placements and providing academic guidance to the students.  Career guidance and Guest Lectures are organized to improve the performance of students in teaching profession. In future, plans are root to create more resources for the institution by making contacts with our students who have been well placed through Placement cell.

The major objectives of the Placement cell are:

• To bridge the gap that currently exists between the institutions and fresh teachers for recruitment Purposes.

• The Objective of the Placement cell is to provide a Platform that would bridge various Schools / Colleges /  Universities  / educational Institutions across the global with our talented trained Students who have been the best and the able of this Institutions So as to be become of light wherever they go.

• Personal / career guidance is given to Pupil teacher to facilitate them to take up the most feeling jobs offers.

• To evolve streamlined Classified Information that matches the need of students.
